where can i pursuit my career?

2009 had arrived, awal muharam & CNY also had passed. Mainstream media still writing Malaysia can survive this world recession which most of the Malaysian are not believe it and started to save cash if something did happen to them & family.

Me? Pisces knew already that i need to change my work to elsewhere as my current company still struggling with it's setup stage. For the past 2 years, i am stuck here just to help them doing translation between Korean & English and i did some of my design work which i can say around 5% of my years in this company. Started from second half of last years, i was asked to do coordination work for all project between Malaysia office and HQ which most of it 80% still doing translation work and remaining 20% for update project status to inform HQ and performed test on their own design software.

So i can say that i waste my time here as my major is not Korean Language.. but Architectural Engineering... at first i am okay with translation work since this company still new and i am eager to help its able to achieve strong foundation in Malaysia, but the success image of it keep fading away and away. For me, its just a simple theory. For a foreign company that come to Malaysia for investment, sure all will be looking for profit. But bear in mind that profit did not come in one or two years, here we need to see the bigger picture i.e. long term investment that will only prove you will get profit based on how strong foundation you made in Malaysia. As we involved in manufacture sector which to produce product for construction work, factory is a MUST. 2 years i been waiting for it since it was raised up in my interview session that this company will have it own factory by the end of 2007. Until now, my company still depend on its main factory in Korea but still aiming to become big player in this business in Malaysia. I will say 'stop dreaming' to my bosses if i had any chance in future.

As the future of this company did not guarantee any success ahead, i need to find new suitable job for me soon. My skills also most already drop only to maintain Korean languange and autoCad knowledge. With my 2 years experience in this company, now im stuck to choose where can i pursuit my career since i am not fresh graduated anymore and already married to pisces. I would like to go back to any bigger company and start from zero but can i get the same salary that i received now? I know 3K is not big enough but if i am pursuit in construction field then sure it will drop back to 2-2.5K. However if i change my career totally to other field with my ability in Korean langange i am sure 3K about is not a problem to find one.

Now i am eager to find one position which suit me well.. looking to jobstreet.com yesterday i still couldn't found any. But i pray to Allah to help me find one (the most suitable job) for me. Insya Allah i will not stop looking for it. till then~
